Tropical Adventures in Education offers a variety of education, research and adventure programs for people of all ages and
educational back-grounds. These programs include exciting treks set in Costa Rican tropical rain forests, mountains and
beaches; structured courses in tropical ecology, Spanish language, natural and cultural history; university and graduate
level research projects; formal instruction in sustainable development; and immersion cultural opportunities in a variety of
Costa Rican communities. TAE offers structured 10-day, 2, 3, & 4-week trips for middle and high school groups, university
students or individuals that include numerous opportunities to participate in one, or a combination, of these exciting
programs. TAE also prepares customized itineraries to meet the needs and interests of family groups or the independent
traveler.
